Phone Order Tips

To help us ensure your phone orders have the best fit, please have the following information ready when you call.

For Shoes:

• The dancer's street shoe size
• The width of the widest part of the dancer's foot in inches or centimetres.
• The length of the foot in inches or centimetres, from tip of the big toe, to the end of the heal.
• Pointe Shoes by Mail Order:
  We can provide Pointe Shoes to professional dancers or students who first consult with their teacher and know they need the exact same brand, model, and size as their current pair. However we reserve the right to not sell Pointe Shoes by phone/mail to those wanting their first pair or wish to change model or size. A ballet student can be seriously injured by wearing an improperly fitted shoe. Please give us a call to setup a professional fitting at our store in St. John's.

For Clothing:

• The person's typical clothing size
• For Bodysuits / Leotards
  Measure the torso by going from the centre of shoulder at front, over fullest part of bust, under crotch and back to starting point. (see chart) For women, bust, waist and hip measurements will also help.
• For Tights
  Children and Adults, please have the person's weight and full height (head to toe).
