Registration

Below is a link to our registration form. To obtain a lesson time, and for any help with the form please give us a call. For Torbay Road call 738-2982 and for Mount Pearl call 368-0789. You may then fax in your form by using the same numbers or print it off and drop it by the studio. Please fax or bring in the form at least one day before your planned first lesson to confirm a new registration.
