Teachers

The Music Collection is proud to present a large number of skilled professional teachers. Not only must each of our instructors surpass our minimum requirements, but each are interviewed and reviewed personally by the owners who are also highly experienced and active music teachers.

Our faculty includes many teachers who have a university music degree or a recognized music diploma, plus years of teaching experience, and extensive performance credentials. The many of our instructors with a degree have over ten years of teaching experience.

Our other teachers are qualified instructors currently studying in a recognized music program such as Memorial University's School of Music. For these instructors we accept only musicians with a minimum of a Grade Eight Certificate from the Royal Conservatory of Music or equivalent training. The teaching experience of these teachers vary, but most have been teaching with The Music Collection for several years.
