Online Orders with Shipping: Returns will only be accepted with a return authorization number issued through our company. Please contact us to obtain an authorization number. Returns will be accepted up to 21 days after purchase date. Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges. All items must be in purchased condition, original undamaged packaging, and all tags or product information included. Any accompanied accessories shipped with product must also be returned (ie: bags, cables). Anything not in purchased condition will not be issued an exchange or refund. Please allow up to 10 business days after items have been received for inspection of goods and to process any returns. Please see below for information on possible returns due to a warranty issue.
In Store Purchases and online orders with in-store pickup: In-store purchases and online pickup orders qualify for an exchange or store credit up to 21 days after purchase date. Product must be in purchased condition with undamaged packaging. Customers with direct in store purchases (not online) are also required to bring their original receipt. Refunds may be issued only if items are returned the day 0f purchase, before store closing that same day. All product must be in purchased condition, tags attached and original packaging. See below for items that are a firm final sale.
Goods may be subject to a re-stocking charge of a minimum of 15% of their original purchase price.
No Returns/Exchanges/Refunds on the Following Items
Tights, intimate apparel, jewelry, make-up. Books, manuscript, mouthpieces, reeds, harmonicas, recorders, kazoos and other simple wind instruments, microphones, headphones and ear plugs. Opened string packs, cleaning products and care kits. CD’s and DVD’s, software, practice pads, drumheads and drumsticks. Gift Certificates, special orders, custom orders or clearance items. There are also no refunds on any shipping charges.
The warranties for the merchandise purchased are the responsibility of the manufacturers of such products. The Music Collection will act as an intermediary between you and the manufacturers whenever possible. You should contact us in the case of malfunction of any merchandise received, and one of our associates will help guide you through the appropriate procedure for that particular product. Please be aware in most cases the shipping costs to and from the manufacturers or from The Music Collection will be paid by you the customer.
