Q: Is this website secure to take payments?
A: Our online payments are processed by Bambora Internet Commerce an established, secure processor that is PCI Level 1 compliant and abides by industry standards. A full description of their security compliance is available on their site.  The site is also secured by 256-bit SSL encryption and is verified to belong to The Music Collection Ltd.

Q: How do I make changes or cancel my order online after check out?
A: Please contact us immediately if you wish to make any changes to or cancel your order. The Music Collection will make every effort to change/cancel your order. However, if the order has already been shipped out regular return policies go into affect.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Please visit our Exchanges and Returns page.

Q: Will I be charged tax on my order?
A: Applicable local taxes will be applied to your order.   The local sales tax(es) typically charged at the customer’s billing address will be applied to each order.

Q: I can’t find the “Add to Cart” button, where is it?
A: Many of our products require you to select a colour and/or size before you may add it to your cart for purchase.   Once you select the different options, the Add to Cart button will automatically appear.  Some items might be listed with “call for pricing”, these items are on our site for information purposes only and for various reasons can not be purchased online.   To purchase these items please give us a call or drop by one of our locations.

Q: Does your company have a physical store location?
A: Yes! One in St. John’s East and another in Mount Pearl. If you live near one of our stores you may shop online and choose a location to pick up the item later for free, saving any shipping charges.  Click here for info on how to find our locations.

Q: Can we order items not available on the website or not in-stock? How about custom orders?
A: We would gladly order anything available from our current suppliers and offer a quote. At that time we could also give an estimated time of arrival. Custom orders for instruments including USA Made Ludwig Drums, G & L Guitars plus Conn-Selmer Brass and Woodwinds are also available. Any special and custom orders will usually require a non-refundable deposit which would be applied to the balance owed on the item upon arrival. Please contact us for quotes or more information.

Q: What currency is the website in?
A: Canadian dollars.

Q: Can I use my Customer Rewards Card with online purchases?
A: If you select to pick up your order at either of our store locations yes you may still use your Customer Rewards Card. Simply present it when you pickup your order. If you select to have your order shipped to you, sorry you may not use the Customer Rewards Card for that purchase.   Cards also may only be redeemed for in-store purchases – it may not be redeemed on online or mail orders including those using the pick-up option at this time.
